Mary Bartelme Park, which opened in August 2010, provides a soft surface playground, a recreational dog park area, a cooling/misting recreational area and green space for Chicago’s developed West Loop neighborhood. As the Civil Engineer of Record, TERRA provided the Chicago Park District with civil engineering design and construction services inclusive of earthwork computations, grading, drainage and utility designs.
