TERRA is providing civil engineering, landscape architecture and structural engineering services for the design and construction of a new Dave & Buster’s in Wichita’s Greenwich Place complete with state-of-the-art games, food and drinks. The project, located on a 5.51-acre site and will consist of new parking, vehicular circulation and landscaping to satisfy the local ordinance. Our civil engineering tasks include designing water and sanitary services; landscape architecture tasks include site layout, retaining wall, fencing and landscape planting; and structural engineering tasks include analyzing the building’s foundation designs.
